For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings stated below:

- Any terms or conditions provided by the Customer that deviate from these Terms will only be binding if explicitly confirmed in writing by New World Enterprise B.V.
- The Customer is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions upon registering on the Website or placing an order.
- Pricing, Taxes, and Information
- All prices on the Website or in written materials are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Prices do not include shipping, customs, import duties, or any additional fees unless explicitly stated.
- New World Enterprise B.V. strives to maintain accurate information regarding product specifications, prices, and availability; however, errors may occur.

- Ordering and Acceptance of Agreement
- An Agreement is concluded once the Customer accepts an offer and it meets the conditions set by New World Enterprise B.V.
- Electronic acceptance will be confirmed immediately via email; until confirmation, the Customer may cancel the order.
- New World Enterprise B.V. reserves the right to refuse orders or cancel any order if incorrect personal details are provided, if the product is unavailable, or in case of suspected fraud.
- The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and ordering.
- Registration and Account Security
- Registration on the Website is optional but recommended for a full-service experience.
- Customers must choose a secure username and password and are responsible for maintaining confidentiality.

- Delivery and Shipping

- If delivery is delayed, the Customer may accept a revised date or cancel the order without cost.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery at the specified address.
- If a product is out of stock, a similar product may be provided, or the Customer may cancel the order at no cost.
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional charges.
- Returns, Cancellation, and Refunds
- Applies only to private Customers, not corporate buyers.
- Customers may cancel within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, paying only for return shipping.
- Products must be returned in their original condition; only minimal handling is allowed to assess suitability.
- Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Customized, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return, unless defective.

- Payment

- Upcycled or sandblasted products may have minor irregularities, which are not grounds for claims.
- Customers must report defective products within 10 days.
- New World Enterprise B.V. may repair, replace, refund, or cancel orders for defective products at its discretion.
- Complaints Procedure
- Complaints may be submitted by email, phone, or post.
- Acknowledgment of receipt will occur within 5 days.
- A substantive response or resolution will follow promptly, with timelines communicated to the Customer.
- If unresolved, the Customer may escalate the complaint per the dispute resolution procedures.
- Liability
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
- New World Enterprise B.V. is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (loss of income, profits, data, or work interruption).
- Liability applies only in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- Customers must notify New World Enterprise B.V. within 10 working days for claims.
- Force majeure events release New World Enterprise B.V. from liability.
- Intellectual Property
- All Website content, logos, text, images, and software are protected by copyright and trademarks of New World Enterprise B.V. or its partners when given permission.
- Customers may not copy, distribute, or modify content without prior written consent.

- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Dutch law governs all Agreements.
- Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the district of New World Enterprise B.V.
- Invalid or unenforceable clauses do not affect the remainder of these Terms; replacement clauses will match the original as closely as possible.
- Miscellaneous
- New World Enterprise B.V. may update these Terms at any time; updated Terms are published on the Website.
- Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
- Communications “in writing” include emails where sender identity and content integrity can be verified.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and New World Enterprise B.V.
